There will be awards for the best posters/oral presentation, which will be selected by a committee gathered especially for this task. This evaluation will be performed any time between10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and it will not be necessary your presence during this evaluation. However, you must stay in the poster session from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the day of your presentation.
Posters must be written in English, be self-explanatory and readable from a minimal distance of 2 meters. Presentations should be objective and a mixture of text, figures, tables and schemes is recommended.
As for size, posters should not be larger than 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Each participant should bring the necessary material to fix the poster. Pins are not permitted.
Dedicated poster viewing times will be listed in the program. The poster number and day of presentation each poster will be identified in the scientific program and in the abstract acceptance letter.
Posters should be set up at 10:00 in the morning on the assigned day and numbered board. Posters can be viewed at any time during this period. Authors should remove their posters on the same day of the presentation at the end of the poster session. Posters left on the boards after the above deadline will be removed.
The presenting authors are expected to be present in the poster session close to their posters during the assigned viewing sessions, and to be available to discuss their research with other attendees.
