REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To carry out your registration please click below. complete
all threes steps of the registration procedure. Please
make payment by credit card VISA.
The amount to be paid must conform to the dates shown in the
registration table and not the date of recording on the system.
Submission of abstracts is the final phase of the registration process.
NOTE: The data furnished shall automatically be used for badges,
certificates etc.

After this date,
the online procedure will no longer be available and registration can only
be made on site, vacancies pending.
Registration by category: Undergraduate and Graduate students
must forward documentary evidence of student status via Fax
(16) 3967.1003. Failure to comply with this requirement will
result in loss of the student discount and participants must
pay the difference in the registration fee for the professional
category.
Registration fees will not be refunded.
Registration shall be effective upon confirmation by bank
payment slip.
NOTE: A period of 5 working days is allowed for receipt of
proof of payment, after which time your registration will
be automatically cancelled and your place in the event will
be lost.
